It's a physical street address managed by Ipostel. Mail sent there is received by our staff, photographed and uploaded to your account, so you can decide what happens next from anywhere.

A valid photo ID and a proof of address. For US locations you'll also sign USPS Form 1583, which we walk you through online.
Yes. Packages from any carrier are logged and photographed. You can forward them, combine several into one shipment or pick them up in person.
We first photograph the outside of each envelope. If you request it, we open the envelope and scan the contents into a searchable PDF that's stored in your account.
Mail is handled in access-controlled facilities, your account is encrypted and protected by two-factor sign-in, and anything you no longer need can be securely shredded.
Our addresses are real street addresses and can typically be used for business registration and correspondence. Requirements vary by state, country and bank, so check with the relevant institution first.
Absolutely. Many customers we're building for live abroad and need a US or international address for clients, banks and online stores.
The Business and Global plans let you add recipients and invite teammates with their own logins and permissions.
